2010 Season Info - Amateur Men

Sign-On

The 2010 Season Sign-on days will be on the following dates:-
  • Saturday, 30th January from 8:30am -> 2:30pm, and
  • Sunday, 31st January from 8:30am -> 2:30pm, and
  • Saturday, 6th February from 8:30am -> 2:30pm
However, we will still sign-on new players well into the season if there are positions available in teams, so please don't hesitate to contact our Registrar, Peter KORTGE.

Sign-ons can be done every Tuesday and Thursday evening at the Club house between 6:00pm -> 7:30pm, or on Saturday morning between 8:00am -> 9:00am.

Team Nominations

Football Brisbane Inc. - Mens Metro Divisions

Greenbank Football Club Inc. has had three (3) teams approved in the draft draw for the 2010 Football Brisbane Season. The teams are:-

  • Metro Div 3 - Silver
  • Metro Div 4 - Silver, and
  • Metro Div 6 - Silver

Play Dates

We've nominated Saturday afternoon for Home games.

Training

Training is Tuesday & Thursday evenings at 7:00pm.

Fees

Registration Fees

  • $220.00 †
† Our above Registration fee structure includes the following extras:-
  • 1 year's Membership to the Greenbank Sport & Recreation Club
  • A Trophy at the End of Year Presentation Day
  • Free access for one (1) child to all Carnival rides at the Presentation Day.
It also includes a $20 "Player Field Levy" component.

This levy is paid to the Greenbank Sport & Recreation Club Inc. and goes towards the cost of employing the Groundsman.

Game Fees

  • $10 each player per game.
The money is:-
  • Collected by Team Manager each Saturday.
  • Receipted by Club Treasurer either after the Game, or if at an "Away Game", the following Tuesday at Training.

Social Fees

Each team will decide:-
  • if they will collect the fee,
  • how much it will be (e.g. $1 or $2 etc. per player per week), and
  • how they will spend it at the end of the Season.
The money is:-
  • Collected by Team Manager each Saturday.
  • Receipted by Club Treasurer either after the Game, or if at an "Away Game", the following Tuesday at Training.

QLD Lions FC - QLD Masters Football Over 35's/45's

Teams need to be nominated to QLD Lions FC by Friday, 8th January.

Play Dates

Games are played on Friday nights.

You can download/view QLD Masters Football Over 35's/45's 2010 Playing Season sheet (when available).

Training

Normally, no training is held but this can change.
