Registrar Job Description
Objectives
Player registration and Team creation & maintenance.Responsibilities
-
Coordinate and take responsibility for Season Registration:-
- Advertising and preparation leading up to Sign-on day(s)
- Smooth running of Sign-on day(s)
- After Registration day(s), liaise with Committee, Coaches & Managers and members to form teams
- Ensure all Player paperwork is completed in a timely manner and handed to Club Secretary
- Maintain Club Parent, Player & Supporter database
- During the season, liaise with Team Managers & Coaches to ensure their needs are being met
- If there is no Carnival/Competition Coordinator, organise and run any/all Club Carnivals and Summer Competitions.
- If there is no Coaching Coordinator, organise and run any/all Club Coaching & Training programs
Relationships
- Reports to the President and Committee
- Liaises with the President and Committee as and when required
- Liaises with other Football Club registrars.
Accountability
- The Registrar is accountable to the President and the General Committee.
